Your contribution will be

• Being responsible for supporting the management of the Fundraising team together with the Head of Fundraising
• Contributing on a strategic and operational level to further structure and develop the department
• Acting as a sparring partner to the Head of Fundraising
• Developing and implementing strategies, reporting systems, guidelines, and processes
• Maintaining contact with important internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Overseeing and controlling budgets for the fundraising team
• Representing FOUR PAWS Germany at networking and professional events

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of relevant experience and/or educational background
• Experience in leading, managing, coordinating, and motivating teams
• Further training in fundraising, e.g. courses at the Fundraising Academy or similar would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel/ driver’s license
• Fluent in German and English
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
