Role Overview VIETTI is seeking a passionate and client-focused Client Advisor / Style Advisor for the boutique in Luzern (Switzerland).
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, building long-term relationships through advanced clienteling, and actively contributing to the boutique's sales performance. The ideal candidate combines refined styling sensibility with strong selling skills, and is confident using CRM and digital tools to engage an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities Styling & Product Expertise
Provide expert styling advice across the boutique's multi-brand offering, creating complete looks tailored to each client's personality, lifestyle and occasions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of seasonal collections, brand storytelling, and market trends.
Actively participate in training sessions on product knowledge, luxury service standards and selling ceremonies.
Clienteling & CRM
Build, develop and maintain a personal client portfolio to strengthen customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
Use CRM tools to accurately track client interactions, purchasing patterns and preferences.
Execute personalized follow-ups, including invitations to exclusive events, private appointments and product launches.
Social Retail & Digital Engagement
Support the boutique's digital presence and social selling initiatives.
Contribute to social media content that reflects the brand's identity and promotes new collections.
Leverage digital channels as an additional touchpoint to engage clients and support new client acquisition.
Store Operations
Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising and stock management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail sales (Client Advisor, Sales Associate, Style Advisor or similar).
Strong clienteling skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Genuine passion for luxury fashion, styling sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with an international clientele.
Results‑driven mindset combined with strong team spirit.
Confidence with digital tools and social selling.
Languages
Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Fluency in English is also required.
Knowledge of Italian is considered an additional advantage.
