This position provides senior technical capability to support and develop core infrastructure, cloud services, networking, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and shared platforms across Europe and North America. The role helps maintain stable, secure, and consistent server, cloud, and network environments while supporting documentation, standardization, and project delivery. By strengthening internal capability and reducing reliance on external suppliers, this position supports effective operations through centralized cloud and infrastructure services. /p h3Location: /h3 pRemote; East Coast location preferred for alignment with Eastern Time business hours. /p h3Employment Type: /h3 pFull-time. /p h3Experience Level: /h3 pMid-to-senior; 3+ years of relevant experience. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Specialist to own, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and network environments. In this role, you will be the primary steward of our Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco Meraki ecosystems. You will ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable while providing high-level support and strategic technical guidance to the organization. /p h3What You Will Do… /h3 h3Microsoft 365 Azure Administration /h3 ul liIdentity Management: Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), managing users, groups, licenses, and role-based access control (RBAC). /li liM365 Governance: Oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, implementing best practices for compliance and data retention. /li liCloud Infrastructure: Monitor, maintain, and provision Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and virtual networking). /li liSecurity Compliance: Enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). /li /ul h3Network Infrastructure Management /h3 ul liMeraki Administration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points across our network. /li liNetwork Security: Maintain secure VPN connections, VLAN segmentation, and firewall rules to protect company data. /li liPerformance Optimization: Monitor network traffic and bandwidth to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance. /li /ul h3Support Operations /h3 ul liTier 2/3 Support: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues relating to cloud services, networking, and core business hardware. /li liDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for network configurations, IT policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). /li liVendor Management: Coordinate with external ISPs, hardware vendors, and software providers as needed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level M365 and Azure environments. /li liNetwork Expertise: Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki hardware and software. /li liLocation: East Coast location preferred to support time-zone alignment with our core operations. /li liCore Skills: Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and cloud security frameworks. /li liSoft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications (Plus But Not Required) /h3 ul liMicrosoft Certified: Administrator Associate (MS-102) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). /li liCisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) or CCNA. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
