Role Description The Human Resources Manager is ultimately responsible for all HR related activities in a clearly defined set of vessels (operation).
Moreover, the Human Resources Manager is the core HR partner to the Senior Officers onboard all ships within the Operation Area, and acts as an advisor in HR related matters and in support of Viking's Employee Performance Review processes.
