Culture Service – City of Biel
The Culture Service is responsible for the cultural policy of the City of Biel.
It notably manages the support of cultural institutions, one-off events, the production and dissemination of artistic projects.
The management of cultural buildings and the municipal collection of visual arts are also part of its main activities.
