Your mission at the Biel/Bienne nursery
You take on the educational, managerial and operational responsibility of a bilingual group (French/German). In a caring and stimulating environment, you accompany and support children aged 3 months to 4 years, while actively contributing to the ongoing development of educational quality.
- Are you interested in implementing the educational concept daily with your team using learning stories (Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten)? - Do you enjoy introducing children to nature and the forest with all their play and exploration riches? - Do you wish to build a partnership relationship with parents and other resource persons by focusing on the children’s needs? - Is developing a small team of 3 to 5 people and the quality of training your strength? - Do you enjoy making proposals and participating in municipal nursery events or in the field of early encouragement (theme evenings, conferences, etc.)? - Do you speak French, with good knowledge of German, and want to work daily in a bilingual environment?

- Childcare educator diploma (ES) with experience
It goes without saying that you have experience in team leadership, ideally validated by training, or that you wish to undertake such training.

With us, you benefit from excellent working conditions, including a gross salary based on a range between 5500 and 7620 francs (x 13), depending on age and experience, as well as opportunities for continuing education. The Municipal Nursery Service comprises six nurseries of various sizes, located in each district of Biel/Bienne and benefiting from privileged spaces. We developed our educational concept with the support of the "Marie Meierhofer Institut für das Kind".
