The IT Service of the City of Carouge, composed of 4 people, is strengthening its team committed to supporting users and evolving digital tools.
We are looking for a person capable of providing responsive support while actively contributing to the improvement, simplification and automation of daily processes. Under the responsibility of the IT manager, you will work across the entire IT scope of the administration. Thus, you will be responsible for:
- providing responsive support and assistance for the entire administration; - managing the IT equipment and the lifecycle of devices; - installing, configuring and maintaining workstations, telephony, and peripherals across all administrative services; - contributing to the management and evolution of the digital work environment (M365); - advising, guiding and training users on digital tools; - participating in IT and digital projects in collaboration with internal and external partners; - contributing to documentation and continuous optimisation of service practices.

YOU OFFER
- a Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent, as well as successful experience in a similar role. A category B driving licence is highly desirable; - very good knowledge of Windows products and Microsoft Office 365, good skills in managing work environments and user access, an interest in automating and simplifying recurring tasks, and knowledge of telephony; - a strong capacity for learning, curiosity and desire to improve mastery of tools; - ease in interpersonal and pedagogical skills to support users through change; - ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong spirit of collaboration and sharing; - good stress, priority and emergency management; - actions and attitudes that will enable you to uphold the values of the City of Carouge.
