The Municipal Property Management (GIM) is responsible for the management and operation of the extensive rental portfolio of the City of Geneva, combining the functioning of a traditional property management office with the implementation of an ambitious social policy for 90% of the housing.
It also administers numerous commercial premises, public establishments, community halls, car parks and surface rights.
With 160 employees, the GIM offers a demanding professional environment with a strong impact on the population of Geneva.
