Your mission and responsibilities- Ensure the administrative management of surface rights and property rights, as well as a defined portfolio of public establishments, in accordance with the policy of the City of Geneva. - Assume financial monitoring of the entrusted objects, in connection with the budget and established directives. - Ensure the monitoring of rented objects, in terms of maintenance and technical aspects, compliance by the surface rights holders with their contractual obligations and the necessary contacts with other concerned municipal services.
