Your mission and responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the front-of-house staff assigned to the Cultural Service's performance venues.
- Monitor the attendance of summoned staff and take necessary measures in case of absence.
- Conduct a briefing on the event's progress and write a report afterwards.
- Inspect public areas before and after the performance.
- Oversee the entry and exit of the audience and watch over the audience during the performance.
- Handle any issues related to the audience occurring in the auditorium.
- Immediately report to the site manager any technical, safety or behavioural faults or breaches that could endanger the smooth running of the event.
- Manage the cloakroom petty cash.
Your profile
- Experience in welcoming audiences in performance venues and supervising a team. - Demonstrate thoughtfulness and courtesy towards the public and contacts. - Be receptive to the requests and needs of the public and able to adapt accordingly. - Master spoken and written French. - Keep calm despite various demands, maintaining the necessary perspective. - Be willing to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) and accept to wear the uniform required by the service.
