The Energy Service (ENE) is tasked with supporting the energy transition of the City of Geneva's assets towards renewable energies, in accordance with the "100% renewable by 2050" strategy. Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, hot water production, ventilation and air treatment installations for a group of City of Geneva buildings.
- Monitor the energy consumption of these installations.
- Control and supervise the installations under your responsibility to reduce energy consumption, proposing measures to optimise energy efficiency.
- Provide an on-call service during the full week and on public holidays.
Your profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in heating or building technical installations, or possess equivalent training. - Master current digital control and regulation techniques, as well as programmable logic controllers. - Have solid knowledge of ventilation and air treatment, heat pumps and renewable energies. - Demonstrate experience in operating and energy monitoring of complex climate installations via remote management systems. - Know the applicable cantonal legislation in this field.
