The Urban Planning, Construction and Public Space Department is looking to fill, as part of the renovation-reconstruction project of the Gracieuse College, a fixed-term position of 3 years for:
Architect - Project Manager at 85%
Main tasks:
- support project managers in the planning, monitoring and coordination of the renovation and extension project of the Gracieuse College - manage and control the execution of the construction site (schedule, budget, quality) as well as compliance with objectives and assigned mandates - handle administrative and financial procedures (calls for tenders, awards, invoice tracking, dashboards, reporting and correspondence) - coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders, prepare technical meetings and represent the City with partners - organise logistical operations related to the project (relocations, furniture orders) and ensure their follow-up - ensure the implementation of safety requirements and any additional tasks related to the service's activity
We are looking for:
- architect, civil engineer or equivalent training - minimum 3 years’ experience in site management in Switzerland - knowledge and interest in sustainable construction - good knowledge of laws and professional standards governing the construction sector - good knowledge of public procurement procedures - proficiency in planning tools (MS Project)
