As part of a temporary replacement, the Buildings, Sports and Domains Service of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position of:
Auxiliary Project Technician 80 - 100%
Main tasks:
- plan construction, renovation, and development projects based on directives - maintain the municipal property portfolio - draw and develop construction and detail plans, as well as layout plans for premises and installations - assume project manager responsibilities and ensure site follow-up.
We are looking for:
- ES technician diploma or holder of a CFC as an architectural draughtsperson with several years of experience in a similar position - at least 2 years of proven experience in site management - recognised project manager diploma, an advantage - good knowledge of legal bases and technical standards in the building sector with strong writing and spelling skills - proficiency in IT tools related to the role (office software, AutoCAD and Revit or ArchiCAD, BIM tools, MS Project) - knowledge of integrated building management IT tools (EPIQR and Investimmo, Archireport, Batilog or similar, Lesosai and/or EcoSai).
Duration: As soon as possible until 31 December 2026.
