Socio-educational Assistant at 80%
whose main duties will be to support and monitor the development of children in extracurricular structures outside school periods, ensuring their physical and moral safety, in partnership with families. Main duties:
Ensure the supervision of children attending the structures Communicate the institution's rules of conduct and ensure their respect Plan and organise the daily routine of the structure in collaboration with the team Implement activities supported by educational objectives Take into account the specific needs of the child within the community for their development Adhere to the educational project of the reception structure and participate in its development by being proactive
Profile:
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as socio-educational assistant or equivalent qualification (recognised by SEFRI) Ability to observe, analyse and synthesise situations experienced in the field Ability to work in a team Adaptability Creative spirit Ability to manage emergency situations
