Childcare Educator at 50%
You will join a human-scale facility welcoming 20 children, where ideas circulate, where mutual support is a given and where the quality of relationships matters as much as the quality of care. We believe that a child flourishes when surrounded by adults who themselves feel recognised, supported and valued. Specifically, what will you do? You will support children in their discoveries, emotions, play and learning. You will create a safe, stimulating and joyful environment. You will turn everyday situations into opportunities for experimentation and development. You will build a trusting partnership with families. You will actively participate in pedagogical reflection and the evolution of institutional life. And above all, you will bring what cannot be learned from any manual: your personality, your perspective, your sensitivity and your ability to see the unique potential of each child. And who are you?
