Project Manager – EPF/HES Architect (80%)
A role with meaning. Projects that matter. Within the Domains & Buildings Service, you will take charge of construction and renovation projects that directly contribute to the evolution of our city. You are simultaneously a strategist, coordinator, facilitator and decision-maker. You advance projects, unite stakeholders and find solutions when challenges arise. You represent the City’s interests with conviction and help transform collective needs into concrete, useful and sustainable achievements. Specifically, you will… Imagine, structure and manage projects from conception to completion; Translate user needs into appropriate solutions; Conduct feasibility studies and analyse various possible options; Manage public procurement procedures; Coordinate contractors, companies and involved partners; Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements; Prepare the necessary elements for political authorities’ decision-making; Oversee the financial, administrative and contractual follow-up of operations; Facilitate exchanges and create conditions for effective collaboration among all project actors. What you bring Training as an architect or civil engineer (EPF, HES or equivalent qualification); Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in Switzerland; Excellent mastery of construction processes and project management; Fluency in French, both spoken and written; Good knowledge of management and planning tools; A valid driving licence.
