In this capacity, you will notably lead localized neighborhood plans intended to sustainably transform the municipal territory. You will conduct land and territorial studies to inform political decisions regarding urban development. As the primary contact for various stakeholders, you will negotiate and coordinate public-private partnerships to strengthen municipal control over territorial development and enhance realized investments. Mastering the instruments of planning and land use in force in Geneva, you will accompany projects from opportunity studies to the entry into force of plans, or even their implementation, ensuring, if necessary, the drafting of acts submitted to municipal authorities. You will also analyze notices for building permits. Issues related to mobility are numerous in our municipality, and experience in this area constitutes an asset.Your profile:Holder of a Bachelor's degree, or a recognized equivalent or higher level, in the field of urban development, you also possess at least 5 to 8 years of professional experience relevant to the position. You have contributed to concrete projects and studies in Geneva and demonstrated a good knowledge of local requirements regarding laws and regulations.Capable of working autonomously, you also appreciate contributing to a team that shares your values. Enthusiastic, you have a keen sense of public service. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills with all types of audiences.
