A Deputy Unit Head at the Commercial Police at 90%
Your main tasks:
- Process event requests. Analyse files and issue the related authorisations. - Advise organisers on the technical and legal context and, if necessary, direct them to the competent authorities. - Collaborate with the unit head on particular and/or contentious cases. - Provide support in the administrative management and field control of public establishments and events. - Draft notes and reports for files requiring a report. - Assist and deputise for the unit head during their absences. - Represent the unit with partners, services, and other municipal and cantonal bodies.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC completed by a professional maturity or equivalent qualification. - Experience in a public administration. - Training or experience in personnel management would be an asset. - Excellent writing skills and perfect command of common IT tools. - Analytical mind, sense of priorities, and team spirit. - Integrity, loyalty, and flexibility.
