Childhood and Leisure Sector Manager at 80% (Fixed-term contract replacing leave until October)The Youth and Social Cohesion Service is responsible for activities related to childhood and youth, neighborhoods, extracurricular activities, and the youth dental clinic.
It also manages policies for youth, housing, social cohesion, seniors, and the fight against poverty.
In connection with numerous entities, it brings together approximately 250 employees in very varied professional fields.
To meet the needs of children and their families, the City of Yverdon-les-Bains is opening the position for the Youth and Social Cohesion Service of: Childhood and Leisure Sector Manager at 80% (Fixed-term contract replacing leave until October)Your missions and responsibilities:- Ensure the management and implementation of decisions made by political authorities.- Plan, organize, and supervise all activities of the sector (supervised homework, activities during school holidays, UNICEF action plan), propose avenues for improvement, and guarantee their quality.- Ensure compliance with budgets and ensure rigorous management of financial resources.- Lead and manage all sector personnel.- Ensure the monitoring of subsidized partners and develop the network.- Represent the sector to families and partners.
Your profile:- University, social, or pedagogical degree (ES, HES, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in team management and project development.- Knowledge of the public service.- Ability to connect with others and aptitude for collaboration with different stakeholders.- Sense of rigor and autonomy.- Mastery of office tools.
