The Energy Service guarantees the distribution of electricity, gas and drinking water in Yverdon-les-Bains, as well as in many neighbouring villages, while managing the public lighting network. Inspired by the 2023 Climate Plan, it places sustainable development at the heart of its projects and is committed to promoting energy efficiency and renewable energies, actively contributing to the energy transition of the entire region. To strengthen its Commercial and Development department, the Energy Service is looking for a:
Product Manager Electrical Efficiency Solutions at 80%
(fixed-term contract, renewable annually)
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and plan the launch of new electrical efficiency programmes compatible with the requirements of the Federal Office of Energy (FOE), in order to ensure the achievement of the annual electrical energy saving target. - Plan and implement promotional, training and advisory activities related to electrical efficiency programmes. - Prepare and monitor external mandates related to efficiency measures. - Ensure controlling through regular reporting of electricity savings attributed to efficiency measures and their costs. - Prepare the necessary elements for the declaration of measures to the FOE and the linking of measures to annual targets according to defined protocols and processes. - Manage the continuous improvement process of developed programmes to enhance their performance. - Participate in the efficiency and development of the service’s activities.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education in management sciences (e.g. HEC) with a commercial and marketing orientation or equivalent training. - At least 5 years of successful experience in developing and managing programmes related to energy efficiency and/or related fields, involving private and public stakeholders such as owners, utilities, tenants, SMEs, heating engineers or electricians. - Strong interest in energy topics in general, renewable energies and energy efficiency. - Additional training in energy management or equivalent would be a real asset. - Proficiency in office software ("expert" level in PowerPoint and Excel) and database management. - Rigor, interpersonal skills and initiative.
