Your Responsibilities:

• After an intensive onboarding and participation in the creation of the external Sustainability Report 2025 and internal sustainability reporting, you will assume overall responsibility for sustainability reporting.
• You will ensure CSRD reporting based on relevant CSRD requirements, considering our reporting schedule.
• You will prepare the group management report (focusing on CSRD) in collaboration with the team responsible for the overall coordination of the management report and the supporting departments such as Environment, HR, H&S, Compliance.
• You will serve as a competent contact for our auditors (focusing on sustainability report and CSRD) and coordinate the audit of the sustainability report.
• Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including hard-close) of the Villeroy & Boch Group (IFRS) for external reporting and management reporting, adhering to the respective deadlines.

Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a focus on International Accounting/Consolidation/Auditing, and have a strong passion and enthusiasm for sustainability topics.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in preparing sustainability reports in an industrial company or from auditing or consulting on sustainability issues in an accounting firm or consultancy.
• You are capable of acting confidently in a complex business environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building long-term relationships.
• You possess knowledge in IFRS and consolidation, including experience with consolidation software such as Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• You have excellent German and English language skills (Level C1).
