Your tasks:
- Cooperation in strategic projects to optimize the footprint, work-out transfer-plans with R&D and SCM and controlling the model transfers.
- Monitor the capacities and technologies of the ceramic production plants to ensure correct product allocation and short- and long-term utilization – in collaboration with SCM.
- Responsible for all IT tools in manufacturing, such as PMS/MES-systems and MRP-tools (planning/scheduling), for all ceramic factories.
- Responsible for the production planning process, assuring a high quality of production plans and assuring high service levels for the fulfillment of monthly production orders (MPO).
- Responsible for a network overarching reporting on the KPIs of the production sites (BW reports: OMR, MPO etc.).
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable professional training.
- 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills & dynamic, energetic and proactive personality.
- Advanced experience in SAP P30 Quadro, P60 APO, BW, MES, MS Office.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Prior experience in managing direct reports is an asset.
