Your mission
At Vamo, our mission is to bring the new era of heating into the home. To achieve this, we connect modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly heat pumps across Germany with our HeatFleet and the Vamo App for end customers. We rely on modern technologies, digital processes, and a strong team. Our automations are built by an interdisciplinary team of Developers, Integration & Automation Engineers, and Product Managers.
To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for you as a Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) in the HeatOS team to optimize the Salesforce platform and collaboratively implement tailored solutions with the team, thus taking our processes and user experience to the next level.
Taks
- Management, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our Salesforce instance.
- Implementation of adaptations and incremental improvements to support existing functions.
- Handling of requests and issues within the scope of first-level support.
- Analysis of requirements from business departments and development of suitable solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Team.
- Documentation of changes and technical processes to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Implementation of sprint tasks, which are coordinated and prioritized together with the Technical Lead and the Project Manager.
- Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as performing simple data migrations.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and automations.
- Training and support of end-users on the Salesforce platform.
Your profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Profound knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), and ideally also in JustOn, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
- Experience in dealing with Change Management processes in Salesforce, ideally with Gearset, and a high sense of responsibility for adhering to defined development and deployment guidelines.
- Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
- A structured and diligent approach to work with an eye for detail – especially when implementing and documenting technical changes.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented work approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German language skills at B1/2 level for end-user support.

About us
We are a young heat pump technology company from Cologne. With a great mix of young and old and a modern, open team culture, we make craftsmanship sexy and rely on the best and most ambitious talents! While others continue to ride the dead horses of gas and oil heating, or dream of hydrogen and district heating, we focus 100% on heat pump technology.
Our goal is to make green heating feasible & affordable for everyone. We offer our customers an all-round carefree package for their heating system change, from the application for funding to installation and subsequent support during operation. Best of all, our subscription model eliminates the purchase costs and risks of buying!
All Vamo heat pumps are digitally networked in real time. This allows us to respond to malfunctions before they occur. And: we can remotely control the systems so that our customers have minimal electricity costs. The intelligent interaction of all heat pumps in our fleet also helps to keep our electricity grid stable.
Together with you, we want to digitalize the trade and make it more attractive for young people and thus help the heat and energy transition in Germany to achieve a breakthrough.
Heat your home, not the planet!
