Your mission

As the Team Lead Website & CRM (m/f/d), you take responsibility for technically analyzing and optimizing our processes, from lead generation and initial customer contact to consulting and quote creation—with the clear goal of creating the best possible experience for our customers and our sales team.

Tasks

  • Product Management: You gather requirements from internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and use them to formulate process and product improvements for our website and our CRM.
  • Team Building & Leadership: You recruit new team members and motivate your team to achieve peak performance.
  • Ticket Preparation & Prioritization: You manage the backlog, prioritize requests, and help translate functional requirements into technical specifications (e.g., for low/no-code prototypes or API integrations in CRM systems like Salesforce or Webflow).
  • Sprint & Project Management: You lead projects using agile methods and are responsible for adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Interface Function: You are the link between Business and Tech—you understand both sides and ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Quality Management: You review the implementation of requirements, test functions, and ensure quality, completeness, and user-friendliness are correct.
  • Process Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in our workflows and actively contribute.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in Engineering- or Product Management, ideally in a Startup environment.

  • Technical Background: Experience with automations, workflow development for CRM API integrations, modern website development, and hosting (e.g., through a degree in computer science or professional experience as a software developer).
  • Skills: You structure complex requirements clearly and can document them precisely in writing. You work independently and are solution-oriented.
  • Team Player: You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, who always maintains an overview and quickly familiarizes themselves with new topics.
  • Employee Leadership and Development: You already have at least 3 years of experience leading smaller development teams, are strong in employee development, and can give effective feedback.
  • Formal: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
