Overview

Analyste fonctionnel SI Logistique – V.I.E Allemagne F/H at VINCI Construction. 18-month V.I.E. assignment based in Germany with 6 months of training in Nanterre-Préfecture, France, and base at the Bauknechtquartier campus in Bottrop (near Düsseldorf).

Context

Join the IT Transformation & Applications team to support and evolve logistics and equipment maintenance processes across VINCI Construction Deutschland, with a focus on international contexts and collaboration with VCSI.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of business needs of users and implement solutions to enrich and improve processes and systems.
• Provide support, maintenance, documentation, and training of the financial solution for users in France and internationally.
• Deliver solutions aligned with business needs (design, realization, testing, change management, training, coordination) in coordination with logistics, HR, and equipment domains.
• Collaborate transversally with the DSI teams and business units.

Qualifications and Skills (VOS)

• In final year of Bac+5 in engineering, business, university, or IT; first experience as a functional analyst (Finance FI) on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Ability to understand and synthesize business needs, adapt language to interlocutors, and interact with project ownership and business directions.
• Strong oral and written communication in French and English; ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams.
• Good level in English and German (minimum B2); B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Contract and Location

Contract: V.I.E. Locations: Archipel Campus, Nanterre-Préfecture (France) or Bottrop (Germany); travel may be required.
