We are looking for a Gen AI & AI-Driven Automation Lead to drive the integration of AI and automation to enhance our ADAS engineering processes. This role focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of work artifacts—including requirements, architecture, test cases, and traceability—while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE, FUSA (ISO 26262), SOTIF (ISO 21448), and Vinfast standards. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to optimize our ADAS development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Process Automation
Develop and implement AI-based solutions to automate and optimize ADAS engineering processes, enhancing efficiency and consistency. Improve the accuracy and quality of engineering artifacts. - Requirements Engineering and Management Enhancement
Develop and implement AI-based solutions for requirements elicitation, analysis, development, and management, ensuring clarity and completeness. Implement automated traceability mechanisms to maintain alignment between requirements, design, and testing activities. Develop AI solutions to assist in system architecture development and validation, ensuring scalability and reliability. Automate the generation of architecture models and diagrams to facilitate stakeholder communication. - Test Case Development and Management
Develop AI-based solutions to generate comprehensive test cases, improve coverage, and reduce manual effort. Implement automation frameworks for test execution, result analysis, and reporting to enhance testing and validation processes. - Traceability and Compliance
Ensure end-to-end traceability of engineering artifacts to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop automated tools to monitor compliance and generate documentation for audits. - AI Tool & Plugin Development
Create custom AI plugins and automation scripts for tools such as Requirements Management Tools (DOORS, Polarion, Code Beamer), Model-Based Design tools (Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink), and Testing & Simulation tools (IPG CarMaker, Vector DynA4, DSPACE, Aurelion/ASM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that boost productivity. - Building, Leading, and Mentoring the AI Automation Team
Begin with hands-on project leadership, defining a scalable AI roadmap for integrating AI into ADAS engineering processes. Work closely with Quality, System, Software, and Test & Validation teams to meet project needs. Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional AI automation team as initiatives grow. Provide training and documentation to engineering teams on AI-powered automation tools.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or process automation within automotive/ADAS sectors.
- Proven experience applying AI techniques to engineering processes.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with ADAS technologies, system engineering, and automotive standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
- Experience with requirements management, system architecture, test case development, and traceability practices.
- Deep understanding of ASPICE, FUSA (ISO 26262), and SOTIF (ISO 21448) standards.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
