Description As Office Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our new Austrian site. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, Procurement team and wider business functions, you'll ensure our workplace is organised, efficient and fully equipped to support a growing team. From coordinating office operations and supplier relationships to managing workplace resources, employee onboarding and administrative processes, you'll help create an environment where our people can do their best work. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the start of our Austrian journey and help build the foundations of a high-performing workplace as we continue to expand across Europe.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with the Facilities, Procurement and People teams to understand operational priorities
Familiarise yourself with office procedures, supplier arrangements and workplace requirements
Review existing office processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
Support the setup and organisation of our new Austrian office environment
Implement structured office management processes and workplace standards
Coordinate office supplies, equipment and services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Develop relationships with local suppliers and service providers
Support onboarding activities and ensure new starters have everything they need from day one
Create systems for tracking office expenditure, inventory and supplier performance
Maintain a professional, welcoming and well‑organised workplace environment
Partner with Facilities and Procurement to ensure operational continuity and cost‑effective supplier management
Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience, efficiency and administrative processes
Support company events, meetings and employee engagement initiatives
Help establish scalable processes that can support future business growth in Austria
