About the Team Vintage.com is growing rapidly. What began as a British success story has developed into an international business serving customers across multiple European markets. As we continue to expand, we are investing heavily in our people, technology, and operational capabilities to support sustainable growth.
Our Marketplace team plays a critical role in that journey. While our Appraisals team is responsible for acquiring and valuing items from customers, the Marketplace team is responsible for maximising the value of those items through the most effective sales channels.
From costume jewellery and watches to cameras, optical equipment, militaria, and general collectibles, our Marketplace specialists ensure every item reaches the right audience through the right channel, generating the strongest possible commercial return.
Joining us now means becoming part of a business in an exciting growth phase, helping shape our European expansion and building a world‑class commercial function that drives revenue at scale.
About the Role As Head of Marketplace, you will lead one of the most commercially important functions within Vintage.com. You will be responsible for how we sell thousands of items every week across multiple categories, marketplaces, and customer channels. This role offers the opportunity to build upon strong foundations and take the Marketplace function to the next level.
You will lead a team of category specialists across Costume Jewellery, Watches, Cameras & Opticals, Militaria, and General Marketplace, ensuring each department delivers exceptional commercial performance.
You will combine strong leadership, commercial thinking, and data‑driven decision‑making to maximise revenue, recovery rates, margins, and inventory performance. Working closely with Appraisals, Operations, Finance, and senior leaders across Europe, you will play a key role in shaping our future growth strategy.
