About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in the insurance or healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly with Health Cloud and OmniStudio. This role requires a keen understanding of dealing with sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our Salesforce environment to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the insurance and healthcare sectors.
- Lead the architecture and development of Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives, ensuring integration and customization meet business requirements.
- Utilize OmniStudio to create dynamic and responsive solutions that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategic objectives and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols, particularly when handling sensitive health-related information.
- Mentor and guide development teams in best practices for Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and solution design.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.
- Provide technical oversight and devise architectural solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce investments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on the insurance or healthcare industries.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio, with a track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for managing sensitive healthcare data.
- Experience designing and optimizing Salesforce environments to support large-scale deployments and complex integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders and leading technical discussions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or related certifications are a plus.
- Good command of English language (you will be working with a USA based team).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce apps and solutions specific to the healthcare and insurance domains.
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce tools and technologies that enhance data management and customer relationship management.
- A proactive approach to understanding evolving industry trends and incorporating them into the Salesforce ecosystem.
