We are currently searching for a freelance German-speaking Senior SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to support an ongoing Success Factors modernisation and optimisation programme.
The consultant will focus on the continued development, optimisation and configuration of SAP Success Factors Employee Central, combining hands-on configuration with solution design and functional consulting.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central
- Strong Employee Central configuration experience
- Experience across Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, RBP and Position Management
- Strong experience with solution design and functional consulting
- Experience analysing HR requirements and translating them into suitable Success Factors solutions
- Experience with Success Factors optimisation, enhancements and continuous development
- Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors best practices
- Experience producing functional concepts and technical / functional documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
Key Responsibilities
- Support the modernisation, optimisation and continued development of the Success Factors landscape
- Deliver hands-on Employee Central configuration
- Analyse HR business requirements and design suitable Success Factors EC solutions
- Configure and optimise areas including Business Rules, RBP, MDF, Foundation Objects and Position Management
- Provide functional consulting and advise stakeholders on Success Factors best practices
- Contribute to solution design and the ongoing Success Factors roadmap
- Support the development and implementation of enhancements and process improvements
- Produce functional concepts, configuration documentation and solution documentation
- Support testing, implementation and productive releases
- Work closely with HR, IT and other relevant stakeholders
Key Experience
- Proven track record delivering SAP Success Factors Employee Central projects
- Strong hands-on EC configuration background
- Experience with Success Factors optimisation and enhancement projects
- Experience across Business Rules, RBP, MDF, Foundation Objects and Position Management
- Experience combining hands-on configuration with Solution Architect / functional consulting responsibilities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Employee Central processes
- Experience working across wider Success Factors modules would be beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
