Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance & Legal Team
• Ensure quality and optimize financial processes and reports
• Analyze data, derive insights, and advise management
• Conduct contract negotiations with customers and ensure compliance
• Support complex financial transactions and legal matters
• Oversee annual financial statements and manage external consultants
• Manage cash flows and financial strategies
• Utilize AI-driven analytical tools to optimize financial processes

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law, or related field
• Several years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the service sector
• Solid knowledge in controlling, compliance, and contract law
• Experience with M&A processes and financial strategies is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
• Excellent English and German skills
