You bringb+10 years /bof experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. /p pAs part of our Data AI practice, you will work with major enterprise clients and global strategic accounts to help them transform and future-proof their data platforms — bringing both deep Snowflake mastery and strategic consulting expertise. You will act as lead architect and trusted advisor, guiding clients from data strategy through hands-on implementation, while championing AI-augmented engineering practices through Snowflake Cortex. /p pYou will thrive in this role if you are: /p ul liA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo /li liA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing /li liExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data /li liExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) /li /ul h3bRole responsibilities /b /h3 pConsulting Advisory /p ul liLead data architecture engagements as the primary client-facing consultant, owning the relationship with technical and business stakeholders. /li liDefine and communicate data strategies aligned with client business objectives — from initial framing to executive presentation. /li liFacilitate workshops, conduct discovery sessions, and co-create transformation roadmaps with client teams. /li liBuild and deliver structured consulting deliverables: architecture blueprints, AI-readiness assessments, governance playbooks, prompt libraries. /li liCoach and upskill client data engineers on modern data practices, AI tooling, and Snowflake Cortex capabilities. /li liServe as the escalation point for complex architectural decisions, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and data teams. /li /ul pTechnical Architecture Engineering /p ul liDesign and implement enterprise-grade Snowflake data architectures (data warehouse, data lakehouse, data mesh patterns). /li liLead the adoption of Snowflake Cortex for AI-native use cases: LLM-powered pipelines, intelligent data agents, and automated data workflows. /li liDefine data modeling standards (dimensional modeling, data vault, star schema) and govern their application across teams. /li liArchitect and oversee scalable ELT pipelines using dbt, Fivetran, and custom connectors. /li liDrive data governance, access controls, security, and cost management best practices within Snowflake. /li liImplement data quality frameworks and observability tooling (Monte Carlo, Datafold) with full lineage tracking. /li liEstablish CI/CD practices and DevOps standards for data platform deployments. /li /ul h3bMust have qualifications /b /h3 pTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: /p ul lib+10 years of experience /bin data engineering or data architecture, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory role. /li libExpert-level mastery of Snowflake /b: architecture, performance tuning, access controls, security, and Cortex AI features. /li liProven ability to lead complex data transformation programs from design through delivery. /li liStrong experience with dbt, Fivetran/Stitch, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration tools. /li liDeep knowledge of data modeling techniques and modern data stack best practices. /li liExcellent communication and facilitation skills in bFrench and English (C1) /b— able to present architecture choices to a CTO and explain them to a data engineer. /li liDemonstrated ability to bbuild trust with clients and drive organisational change /b. /li /ul pWhat makes you stand out /p ul liYou think like ba consultant first, an engineer second /b — you shape solutions, not just build them. /li liYou have delivered transformation programs leaving behind a playbook, a trained team, and measurable outcomes. /li liYou are energised by working across multiple client environments and bringing cross-industry patterns to each engagement. /li liYou can bchallenge a client's thinking constructively while maintaining trust and momentum /b. /li liYou have a bgenuine curiosity for AI, generative models, and the future of data engineering /b. /li /ul h3bNice to have qualifications /b /h3 ul liHands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI features: LLM Functions, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents. /li liKnowledge of agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted data engineering workflows. /li liExperience with reverse ETL platforms (Hightouch, Census) and CDP architectures. /li liFamiliarity with streaming data platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub) and real-time data patterns. /li liCloud platforms experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their native data services. /li liKnowledge of data catalog and governance tools (Alation, Collibra, DataHub). /li liSQL fluency and Python scripting proficiency. /li /ul h3bPreferred certifications /b /h3 ul liSnowflake SnowPro Core + Advanced/Architect (strongly preferred). /li lidbt Analytics Engineering certification (a plus). /li /ul pIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
