  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve portfolio growth and client profitability.
  • Drive a data-driven account planning approach by identifying the products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives that can unlock incremental growth and improve portfolio performance.
  • Analyze portfolio dynamics, product penetration, client economics, and strategic growth opportunities to support account prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Produce regular portfolio reviews and executive reporting, translating performance insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Maintain scorecards and dashboards that support performance management, opportunity identification, and business decision-making.
  • Client Incentive & Commercial Management
  • Lead the ongoing management and governance of Client Incentive Agreements (CIAs), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal governance requirements.
  • Monitor incentive performance against business case assumptions and identify potential risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance and Account Executives to support commercial evaluations, incentive discussions, and portfolio investment decisions.
  • Strategic Account Planning & Execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that improve issuer performance and drive Visa revenue growth.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans by providing performance insights, opportunity assessments, and portfolio recommendations.
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, Portfolio Reviews, and Strategic Planning Sessions through performance reporting and growth-oriented recommendations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for internal and client-facing engagements.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement across the account team.

This role offers the opportunity to operate at the center of one of Visa's strategic issuer partnerships in Germany, combining commercial thinking, portfolio performance management, and strategic account planning to help shape and accelerate the future growth of the business.

Visa requires at least three days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
