Overview
In this role you will drive B2B payments growth for Visa in Central Europe, partnering withIssuers, acquirers and regional teams to scale procurement and travel & entertainment payments. You’ll identify opportunities, design payment solutions with Product and Solution Sales, and manage deals through implementation. You’ll build a regional network of partners and fintechs, shaping how buyers pay suppliers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on deal development in a fast-moving market.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support account executives and sales managers to expand B2B Payments portfolios
- Scout and develop new opportunities in regions with limited Visa presence
- Collaborate with partners, acquirers and the partnerships team to create referral or reseller opportunities
- Understand Visa solutions (including Visa Commercial Pay) and tailor them to client needs
- Identify B2B payment challenges and design solutions with Product/Solution Sales
- Guide opportunities from qualification to implementation across Central Europe
- Develop knowledge of procurement, T&E, ERP systems, corporate travel ecosystems and fintechs in Europe
- Pursue autonomous prospects and nurture relationships with Issuers and their customers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Business development or solution sales experience in procurement and B2B payments in Central Europe
- Ability to influence internal and external partners and negotiate effectively
- Strong financial, analytical, collaborative and product skills aligned with major opportunities
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in German and English; other regional languages a plus
