Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. /p h3Visa Implementation Services (VIS) /h3 pis equipped to provide hands-on support within client environments. This includes deploying skilled experts who can seamlessly integrate and execute enhancements, manage change initiatives, and accelerate the implementation of recommended strategies and operational improvements. This approach ensures that clients can efficiently address their specific needs and achieve desired outcomes more swiftly. /p h3Exemplary projects /h3 ul liEnabling digital functionalities such as external wallets, travel wallets, and contactless controls for leading banks /li liLaunching an Olympic Marketing campaign for Visa cardholders /li liLeading the migration of payment cards from an old legacy card issuing platform to a new one /li liIdentifying opportunities to increase active card and purchase volume market share in Commercial, Debit Prepaid, and Credit Cards /li liIssuing virtual cards for a leading client's customer base /li /ul pVCA engages clients throughout Europe and is organised in teams within, UK Ireland, South Europe, FBL, Nordics Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, and Central Europe. /p h3Day to day responsibilities of a VIS Graduate Consultant /h3 ul liSupport the VIS team in the delivery of projects across various domains, from payments, digital, and products to strategy, including project management /li liAssist in the delivery of detailed data gathering and analysis to obtain valuable insights /li liPerform data and trend analyses using Visa's data tools /liliSupport strategy to market activities including but not limited to workshops, stakeholder meetings and content development /li liSupport the development and maintenance of VIS service sales and delivery collateral ('toolkit') /li liSupport the VIS team with ongoing operations, administration, and team-building activities /li /ul h3Visa's Graduate Programme /h3 pVisa hires into its Graduate programme across Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LAC), CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East Africa) and Europe.
