Vishay is currently seeking applicants for an Area Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d) . In this position, you will drive profitable growth across Poland by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers. What you will be doing: Own territory execution across Poland, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. Develop long-term customer partnerships and manage senior stakeholder relationships across commercial and technical interfaces. Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue. Lead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution. Provide market Polish fluency is expected. Willingness to travel mainly within Poland. Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business software (MS Office).
