Was Sie machen werden:
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Führungskräfte in allen IT-Bereichen
- Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Server- und Client-Systeme, teilweise in Verbindung mit Supportpartnern und Fachabteilungen in einer 24/7 Produktionsumgebung
- Administration vorhandener und neuer Server- und Datenbanksysteme
- Austausch und Wartung von Client-Systemen (Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Softwareupdates)
- Netzwerkadministration und Netzwerkwartung
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Prozesse
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker mit Schwerpunkt Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Betriebssysteme, Active Directory, Office 365, Netzwerkadministration, Softwareverteilung, Benutzerservice, Client-Support
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Begeisterung für unterschiedlichste IT-Themen von A – Z

What you will be doing:
- Comprehensive support and advice for specialist departments and managers across all areas of IT
- Ensuring the availability and performance of server and client systems, in some cases in collaboration with support partners and specialist departments, within a 24/7 production environment
- Administration of existing and new server and database systems
- Replacement and maintenance of client systems (hardware, operating systems and software updates)
- Network administration and maintenance
- Contributing to the design and implementation of IT projects and the further development of existing IT processes
What you will bring along:
- A degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist specialized in system integration, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, several years’ professional experience in the areas of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, network administration, software deployment, user services and client support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for a wide range of IT topics from A to Z
- Commitment, creativity and a willingness to learn
- A sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach
