We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join the KELK team in Europe. This individual will be responsible for covering the region of Germany and Austria.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company\’s market presence within the sector.
- Identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new business opportunities including market research, prospecting, and lead generation in sectors tangential or adjacent to the company\’s existing sectors.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to execute business strategies and meet objectives.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for product development and business enhancement.
- Preparing and presenting business case proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve business development annual targets.
- Visiting end users and OEMs (if required) prospecting for new customers.
- Developing sales strategy for the territory with support from VP Sales & Marketing.
- Responding to all sales and technical inquiries.
- Responsible for coordinating the preparation of technical proposals and price quotations.
- Preparing sales forecasts for the assigned territory routinely.
- Preparing presentation material and making presentations to agents, customers, and prospective customers.
- Attending and/or participating in industry conferences and conventions on behalf of KELK and contributing to the promotion of KELK.

Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in technical sales.
- Experience in the steel processing industry.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% throughout the assigned region.
