Overview
In this role you drive regional market execution and growth for MOSFETs across Central Europe, partnering with Sales, FAE, and Divisions. You translate product strategy into regional actions and act as a technical interface with key customers to influence roadmaps. Expect cross-functional collaboration, opportunity identification, and demand creation. This is a strategic, market-focused position at a global semiconductor leader with strong growth potential.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own regional market and customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors).
- Translate divisional product strategy into regional Go-To-Market actions.
- Serve as a strategic technical interface for key customers.
- Drive designs at end customers.
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities.
- Be the Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmaps.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions.
- Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Background in Electronics / Physics or similar.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs).
- Exposure to automotive and industrial customers and distribution.
- Structured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to travel mainly within Central Europe.
- Fluent English and German.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects.
