In this role you will drive the development of non-linear resistor products and manufacturing processes, with a focus on ceramic thermistors and high-performance applications. You will guide next‑generation thermistor concepts from early stages to production, leading cross‑functional R&D projects and collaborating with external partners. You’ll apply quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) while shaping a scalable, innovation-driven portfolio. This position offers international exposure and the chance to impact a broad range of markets through advanced ceramics technology.

- Develop and improve non-linear resistor products and related processes
- Advance technology in electronic ceramics with emphasis on ceramic thermistors
- Drive industrialization of next-generation thermistor concepts
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects with clear objectives and validation
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Process Engineering, Purchasing, and cross‑functional teams
- Engage with external partners, research institutes, and suppliers to implement innovative solutions
- Apply quality management per IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in product development, process engineering, manufacturing, or optimization of technical products; ceramics experience advantageous
- Knowledge of multilayer ceramic technologies (MLCC) is a plus
- Experience with data analysis and structured problem solving is desirable
- Strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and ability to translate challenges into practical solutions
- Self-motivated, innovative, and able to learn in a fast-moving technical environment
- Collaborative team player with strong communication across functions and cultures
- Fluency in German and English; willingness to work internationally and travel
