Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay.
- Lead and further develop a small team.
- Build and enhance a job‑grading / job evaluation system.
- Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and works agreements.
- Conduct ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analyze internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends.
- Initiate and lead projects, e.g., standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems).
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience, including some leadership experience.
- Experience with job‑grading / job evaluation systems.
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, and compensation and bonus models.
- Experience with HR systems / tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel, Power BI), and preferably salary‑benchmarking tools.
- Ability to engage, align and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
