Senior SAP Project Manager - Solution Delivery

Vistex Sr Project Manager, Solution Delivery will lead large complex projects / programs between $2M to $5M in budget or manage multiple complex engagements across multiple Vistex customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver the assigned projects. The Sr Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects for the engagements they manage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Manage multiple clients / complex projects at any given time.
2. Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
3. Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
4. Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients.
5. Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects.
6. Serve as onsite lead for implementation project(s).
7. Experience managing SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) for fixed-price engagements.
8. Adhere to all documented PMO processes and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation).
9. Lead the effort to define deliverables, templates, and standards for the project.
10. Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans including milestones and deliverables.
11. Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client.
12. Manage project issues, risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
13. Serve as the first point of escalation for project-related issues.
14. Establish \’trusted advisor\‘ relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders.
15. Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion.
16. Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget).
17. Be a subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and implementation best practices.
18. Mentor project managers and delivery managers as needed.
