What You Will Be Doing

As a People & Culture Trainee, you will support a variety of HR activities, including:

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
• Assisting with employee lifecycle administration and documentation
• Supporting training, learning, and development initiatives
• Helping organise workshops, employee events, and engagement activities
• Assisting with HR projects and change initiatives
• Preparing HR reports, presentations, and communications
• Maintaining employee data and HR systems
• Providing general support to managers and employees on HR-related topics

What We Are Looking For

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent German and good English language skills

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Mitarbeit im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement
• Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
• Organisation und Koordination von Trainings, Workshops und Veranstaltungen
• Unterstützung bei Talent- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
• Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Change-Initiativen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und internen Kommunikationsmaterialien
• Pflege von Personalstammdaten und HR-Systemen
• Ansprechpartner für administrative HR-Themen

Das bringst du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Begeisterung für People & Culture sowie moderne Personalarbeit
• Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
