Your mission is to cut through complexity and bring clarity, making learning journeys (on-boarding & upskilling) simpler and more effective for managers and employees. This is an opportunity to lead a team and influence how our company develops its talent.* Lead a geographically dispersed team across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India.* Drive the simplification and standardization of our learning offer and processes.* Rationalize our external training providers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.* Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve the overall learning experience.* Innovate new learning methods and tools to support employee upskilling and self-learning journeys.No need to be a Human Resources expert to succeed in this role.
