We\’re seeking a bright and enthusiastic Graduate HR Analyst to join our Talent Management and Workforce Planning team. What You\’ll Do:

Dive into Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to talent management, performance management, competencies management and workforce planning. Provide advice on what and how to improve.

Craft Compelling Reports: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to visualize key HR metrics and trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders using the existing dashboards and reports in myHR and PowerBi.

Build Powerful Presentations: Create engaging and visually appealing Google Slides presentations to communicate complex data and recommendations to senior management.

Support Workforce Planning: Assist in forecasting workforce needs, analyzing headcount data, and identifying talent gaps to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Contribute to Talent Management Initiatives: Collaborate with HR business partners in our centers worldwide to support various talent management programs and initiatives.

Support Employee Experience Initiatives: Analyze data related to employee feedback surveys, engagement metrics, and other employee experience indicators to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of programs that enhance the employee experience.

Become a Data Champion: Develop your expertise in HR analytics tools and methodologies, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices, and collaborate with Financial Teams to ensure data consistency.

Recent Graduate: Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Data Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software) is a plus.

Visual Storytelling: Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to create visually appealing presentations.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
