About the Role As Online Community Coordinator Austria, you will be responsible for keeping Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells active, relevant, and engaged across social media platforms. You will also take the main responsibility for shaping the digital presence for Barebells in Austria. Working closely with creators, you will bring bold ideas to life and develop content that stands out while engaging our ever‑growing community.
You will manage publishing, conversations, community engagement, and day‑to‑day communication across channels. From responding to direct messages and engaging with communities to identifying trends and supporting content planning, you help ensure our brands remain active, relevant, and connected to consumers.
This role sits at the centre of our social presence. You will have a constant pulse on what is happening across our channels, what audiences respond to, and where opportunities exist to strengthen engagement and community growth.
You will work as part of the Austrian Social Marketing team and report directly to the Team Lead Austria. The role is based at our Austrian office in central Vienna.
Publishing, communication and engagement
Publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Stories
Manage comments, conversations, and direct messages across our channels
Engage with relevant content, creators, and communities beyond our own channels
Help ensure our brands maintain an active and consistent presence across platforms
Community and audience engagement
Engage with consumers and communities through daily interaction across social platforms
Coordinate personalised send‑outs and community initiatives
Build and maintain creator, ambassador, and send‑out lists
Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and community growth
Trends, insights and reporting
Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to our brands
Contribute ideas and audience insights to content planning and creative development
Monitor channel performance and audience behaviour
Produce weekly reports and performance updates
Use insights and learnings to improve engagement and content performance
Social marketing
Work closely with Social media coordinator and Marketing Activation to maximise the impact of activations, partnerships and content
Help identify opportunities for reactive content and trend‑driven activity
Bring audience feedback, trends, and community insights into the wider social marketing team

Strong written communication skills
A structured and detail‑oriented way of working
The ability to balance planned activity with reactive opportunities
Fluency in English and German
