As Global Head of Airports, you will drive our mission to redefine airport interiors by combining design excellence with functional innovation. What you can expect

1. Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Airport project team.
2. Oversee the division’s profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met. Preparing regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and target achievement for management.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
5. Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications division to represent the company at industry events and exchanges.
7. Regularly attend industry events and exchanges to stay updated on market trends and build professional networks.
8. Work closely with the Product Unit division to review the current product portfolio and contribute to the development of new products.

How you can convince

1. 10+ years of experience in a leadership position in a comparable setting (in the interface between sales and product management).
2. Strong people management and development skills.
3. Fluency in English, verbal and written. German language is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to translate these into strategic actions.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. In-depth understanding of technical aspects related to airport projects.
7. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
