We are looking for a
Sales Manager Contract Business
who combines commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for international markets.

What You Can Expect

  • Support the Regional Director in managing and growing accounts across SEELAA (Southern Eastern Europe, Latin America & Africa), with a focus on Spain and LATAM
  • Develop and strengthen dealer/channel relationships, ensuring alignment with Vitra\’s standards and commercial strategy
  • Assist in preparing client pitches, proposals, pricing files, and tender submissions
  • Monitor pipeline, sales activities and reporting using tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and internal dashboards
  • Participate in client visits, presentations, and events, acting as a junior ambassador for Vitra
  • Learn and apply Vitra\’s commercial frameworks to daily operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Product Management, Operations and Finance

How You Can Convince

  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Spanish and English fluency enabling dual positioning in Iberia and LATAM
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the SEELAA region
  • Background or experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Ability to prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Motivation to grow into a senior commercial role within 2–4 years
