We are seeking an experienced HRprofessional to provide functional leadership across the HR organization in Western Europe, drive key people initiatives, and ensure operational excellenceacross all HR functions while aligning regional priorities with the company'sglobal HR strategy.
Senior HR Manager - Regional Head (Western Europe)
The role combines strategic HRBusiness Partnering with hands-on execution across your region (currently Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands).
You will be based in Wiesbaden (Germany)and report to our Global CHRO in Prague.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Support the execution of the global HR strategy and ensure its effective implementation across the region.
- Lead and support regional HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a new HR Management System and other digital HR solutions.
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs to strengthen organizational capability and build future talent pipelines.
- Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.
- Strengthen HR governance and reporting frameworks, enabling consistency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between local business needs and global priorities.
- Collaborate with country HR leaders in the Learning & Development area to promote employee professional development, leadership competencies, and organizational development across the region.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help drive business transformation across the countries within the region.
- Provide hands-on operational HR support where local HR resources are limited, including recruitment activities, employee matters, HR processes, and supporting local management in delivering key HR initiatives.
This also includes strategic and operational HR consulting for regional leadership teams across all core areas of human resources.
What makes you stand out?
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR Manager
- Experience in supporting multiple countries in an international environment
- Solid background in different HR areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational development, and leadership support
- Experience in supporting HR transformation projects and HRIS implementation initiatives within an international environment would be an advantage
- Comfortable operating both at a management level and, where necessary, providing direct HR support to local businesses and leadership teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven personality, capable of working independently across a multi-country environment
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels
