Overview
In this role you drive regional HR leadership and execution across Western Europe, aligning local priorities with our global HR strategy. You will lead HR transformation efforts, including a new HRIS, and contribute to talent, performance, and leadership development. You’ll ensure governance and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders. Based in Wiesbaden, you’ll support multiple countries and contribute to a dynamic, innovative corporate culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the execution of the global HR strategy across the region
- Lead regional HR transformation initiatives and digital HR solutions (HRIS)
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Design and implement performance management processes for a high-performance culture
- Strengthen governance and reporting frameworks for transparency and data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align local needs with global priorities
- Promote employee development and organizational development with Learning & Development partners
- Provide hands-on operational HR support in recruitment, employee matters, and HR processes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR Manager
- Experience supporting multiple countries in an international environment
- Solid background in talent management, performance management, organizational development, and leadership support
- Experience supporting HR transformation projects and HRIS implementations in international settings (advantage)
- Comfort operating at management level and providing direct HR support to local teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, self-driven, able to work independently across multi-country environment
- Fluency in German and English with effective cross-stakeholder communication
